I lost my order number. Can I still register?
Yes. Email service@dayatechlight.com with a photo or screenshot of your receipt, invoice, or dealer confirmation. Include your full name and the serial number from the tripod base, and we will locate your order and confirm registration manually.
Can I register a DY-368 I bought from a dealer?
Yes. Select "Authorized Dealer" in the Where Did You Buy? field and enter the dealer's invoice number in the Order Number field. Note the dealer name in Additional Notes. Standard 30-day registration window applies from the dealer invoice date.
What does 3-year coverage include?
Defects in LED driver, hinge mechanism, tripod lock, battery adapter architecture, and factory wiring. Coverage does not extend to physical damage, water exposure beyond IP rating, or batteries supplied by the customer (those carry the original tool-brand warranty). See full warranty terms.
Is 3-year coverage available on other SKUs?
Not currently. DY-363B, DY-363Z, and DY-363D ship with the standard 2-year manufacturer warranty. 3-year coverage is exclusive to the DY-368 tripod fixture.
What if the 30-day window has passed?
The standard 2-year warranty still applies to your DY-368 from the date of purchase. For exceptional cases (gifted unit, late delivery, holiday season), contact Support with the order number and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
