How are orders fulfilled?
Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse via FedEx or UPS. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available for Regional Partner tier and above.
What payment terms are available?
Certified Dealers pay upfront via credit card or bank transfer. Qualified Regional Partners and Master Distributors may apply for Net 30 or Net 60 terms after 3 months of consistent ordering.
What is your return and warranty policy for dealers?
Dealers receive the same 2-year manufacturer warranty as retail customers. Defective units are replaced at no cost. Undamaged, unopened inventory can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Do you offer exclusive territory rights?
Territory exclusivity is available for Master Distributor tier partners who meet minimum volume commitments. Discuss this with our partnerships team during the application process.
Can I sell on Amazon or other marketplaces?
